To participate in the exchange, please submit this form by Sunday 11/14/21. Your information will be secretly passed to another Maker and you will get information about another Maker by Wednesday 11/17. 

You will use the information to make a personalized holiday card for the person  - DO NOT ADD YOUR NAME. 

*If being mailed, your card must be in the mail NO LATER THAN 12/1.* Austin-based Makers can bring and deliver cards at the December cohort meeting on Tuesday 12/07.
