To participate in the exchange, please submit this form by Sunday 11/15/20. Your information will be secretly passed to another Maker and you will get information about another Maker by Wednesday 11/18. 
You will use the information to make a personalized holiday card for the person  - DO NOT ADD YOUR NAME. 
Your card must be in the mail NO LATER THAN 12/1. 
Secret Holiday Pal identities will be revealed at the December cohort meeting on Tuesday 12/08.
